This is a side Hobby of mine. I do it because I love Cosplay. I take time and care into everything I make and ship out.
This isn't retail, this is pure passion!
Please respect the ARTIST and the SELLER, so we can give just as much back to our customers :)

Once your product is mailed and leaves my hands, there's nothing I can do. I cannot control our crappy postal service!
INSURE YOUR ITEM.
I CANNOT CONTROL HOW LONG SHIPPING TAKES. I SHIP MY ITEMS WITHIN 2 DAYS FROM TIME OF PURCHASE, MOST OF THE TIME 1 DAY AFTER.
I ship using first class mail (3-5 business days.) I can only go by the time the post office says, (3-5 days)
I cannot make it go any faster. IF YOU NEED IT BY A CERTAIN TIME, PLEASE EMAIL ME TO PAY FOR PRIORITY MAIL.

IF your items arrives DAMAGED(and not just a bead popped off damaged), send your order back to me and I would be happy to resend you any part of your order and have it shipped out to you.
Because this is a business where items are personal and made to order by hand, I don't give returns.
I will gladly exchange your item for another of equal value, or send you a newly made order; IF the items arrived damaged.
Again, this is my hobby, it's personal, and If possible I would love to avoid conflict.
